Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage can be applied fully clothed or without the top half of clothing. It is applied to the upper back, across the shoulders, down the arms, up the neck, through the hair and finishing on the face. It can be applied with or without the use of oils or body cream. By focusing on the areas that tend to 'hold' stress and tension this gentle form of massage can offer a great range of physical and mental benefits.
What to expect
You will be asked to remove anything that may obstruct the massage like glasses, earrings or necklace. Hair should be loose and not highly styled. Oils can be used to aid massage. If you choose to use these you will be asked to expose your upper back; a towel will be provided to wrap around your chest area.
